Contact List: We may collect informtion about your contact list to facilitate your communication with your contacts with whom you may want to share the app. For your added safety, we also have a functionality that allows you to list up to five members of your contact list as emergency contacts in the event such information is required. Finally, for even more enhanced safety, your contact list information is used to allow you to share your active rides so that you may choose a contact to track your progress as you are moved to your chosen destination.

1.6. Contact Image: We may collect your contact image to display your profile upon registration in the app. This is used to identify you to your driver and to your friends with whom you may share the app

**2. How We Use Your Information**

2.1. Service Provision: We use your personal information to provide the services you request, such as booking rides, processing payments, and sending you ride confirmations and receipts. In addition, your contact list information is also used to provide the services you request on behalf of those members of your contact list for whom you my book a ride through your account. You have full control over our access to your contact list through the App's settings.

2.2. Safety Enhancement: We use your contact list to allow you to create emergency contacts in case there is an incident on one of your rides and our support department needs to act on your behalf to contact your emergency contacts listed. In addition, your contact list is used to provide you with the option to share the live feed details of your trip with any number of your contacts you choose. You have full control over our access to your contact list through the App's settings.

2.3. Identification: We use your contact image to help your driver to identify you when they have arrived to pick you up. We will also use the image from your contact list to identify the member of your contact list for whom you may book a service through your account. This helps to enhance our service to you and your contacts. We may also use images from your contact list to identify your contacts for you whenever you choose to share our app or to share your ride details with your contacts. You have full control over our access to your contact list through the App's settings.

2.4. Customer Support: Your communication data allows us to respond to your inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer support.

2.5. Improve and Optimize: We analyze usage data and location information to improve our services, enhance user experience, and optimize our app's performance.

2.6. Marketing and Communication: With your consent, we may use your contact information to send you promotional offers, updates, and marketing communications related to our services. You can opt-out of such communications at any time.
